Thanksgiving & 11 weeks old

Happy (belated) Thanksgiving! We were able to spend Thanksgiving in Davenport. We had a great time spending time with family and friends and were able to introduce Carter to many of our friends. Carter was even able to meet some of his new friends Tatum & Brody.

Since we got back from Davenport it has been pretty rough in our house. Carter started coming down with a cold on Sunday night & let's just say that we have been to the doctor twice this week. But luckily everything is ok and is just viral. Carter is starting to get better which is great news. Jordan and I are also fighting colds ourselves. Jordan is also dealing with a bad back. He has 3 swollen vertebrae in his back & is in a lot of pain. Lots of lying down on the floor and ice. Let's hope his back is better soon or we might have to consider staying in MN for Christmas.

Carter is continuing to grow and is now able to roll from his tummy to his back (just started doing that today) and can also roll from is back to his side.

I am sad to say that one month from today I will be back at work. I can't believe how fast the past 11 weeks have gone and I am going to really enjoy the next 4 weeks with him. I don't know how I am going to be able to go back.
